Alufem Aluminum Industry and Trade Inc.
Alufem Aluminium serves with a customer-oriented, fast and innovative approach with aluminum extrusion press lines, polishing surface processing machines, anodizing facilities, electrostatic paint shop, CNC mechanical processing centers, assembly lines and expert teams in a 14.000 m² closed area in Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone gives.
Our company has the capacity to produce more than 9,000 tons of Aluminium profiles annually in T0, T4, T5 and T6 heat treatment processes in various alloys with 1100 USTons (5 '') and 2000 USTons (7 '') extrusion press lines.
In our anodizing facility, with a capacity of 4,000,000 m² / year, matte, glossy and satin coating can be carried out up to 7.5 meters in length. With our Tin Sulphate and Nickel Sulphate baths, the demands of tinting from very light bronze to black are met.
Our electrostatic powder coating facility provides service with a capacity of 4,000 tons / year in all RAL codes and architectural serial paints. Our powder coating facility is designed to be completely isolated from external environment effects, and the production is carried out with a fully automatic process controlled cabin system.
The 3 and 4 axis CNC profile machining centers, CNC angled double head and precision cutting saws, process-specific machine lines within our facility can perform the mechanical processes required by our customers with care and speed.
In our R&D center, design and technical support are offered in line with the demands of our customers, and we focus on maximum quality and satisfaction.
ALUFEM brand, as an indication of its understanding that values the environment and people, has commissioned the most modern treatment facility available today. With its 30,000 m² factory area under construction, it continues its investments without slowing down.
